Jerry,

Again I wasn't perfectly clear what I mean't by that. That bike was built for an American customer for use in America and spent it's entire life here. That bike has all kinds of stickers and whatnot on the fenders of places it had been. Also has an LAW sticker on the down tube, Not sure if that is the League of American Wheelmen or the Los Angeles Wheelmen, I think the former. It would be nice if some could stay here as opposed to all of them going to where they get the most money for them. I know money translates into respect in this case but I also believe a poor man can respect a Rene Herse as much as a rich man; perhaps more. I would be willing to bet that the eventual new owner already has a Rene Herse,or two, or three, or four; shall I go on?

So by homeland I mean where it spent its life, not where It was made.My error.
