Subject: [CR]T-boned a dog -- Need 60cm/24" frame

Bikers,

Last week I T-boned a dog on the bike path (no leash law here) and toasted my commuter 531 Trek frame.

So, I need a replacement frame and fork. Preferred specs: (1) decent lugged steel; (2) clearance for 700 x 32; (3) straight, an no rust (a bit of minor, cleanable surface might be okay); (4) 126mm dropout spacing. And I'd like all this for $100 or less. Yikes!

This is a good illustration of a normal diameter lugged steel tubing (along with the dog's ribs) absorbing a lot of energy in an impact. Very well may have saved me from serious injury.

Thanks!!!
