I've had no direct experience with Campy's FW, but given the prices those things command, particularly in desirable ratios, I wouldn't buy one to use. What's the benefit? They are quite light, but with a huge tradeoff in durability. No, in my opinion the virtues of a Campy freewheel are best enjoyed by keping it pristine and fondling it while watching Tour videos. At most I would stick it on a period-correct bike to enhance the gee-whiz factor, but switch over to a >>

gotta go with Tom all the way on the Campy Alloynal freewheels

The coomtainers are great, the sealing tape eeven nbicer, anmd they are fun to p[lay with on the desk of an executive ,or student. They stack like kids' blocks and are very colorful

Removing them from the container and just spinning them is great therapy and unlike that consumable bubble wrap, the vibration and sensation lasts and lasts

Size doesn't matter in these, they all go for a small chunk, but hey, they'll never be made again.
