Subject: [CR]FS: Reynolds frame and fork

Fellow riders,

I would love to sell this frame and fork, especially to someone who would appreciate the nice workmanship and value of a lugged Reynolds frame and fork. I won't be building it up again as I have a new Look KG 243 (Columbus Neuron, lugged, beautiful) that I will be riding. I also won't clutter up the forum by offering it again here in the future.

The RML has very nice workmanship and attention to detail, with less than 500 total miles. Deep dark metallic blue House of Kolor paint with clearcoat. Reynolds 531ST tubing was silver brazed using very nice Everest lugs. 54cm c-c seat tube, 55cm top tube, 73 degree head tube, 73 degree seat tube, 41cm chain stay, 5.0 fork rake. Horizontal drop outs, pump peg, two sets of water bottle cage bosses, downtube shifter boss braze-ons, and Athena headset.

Frame and fork were custom built around 1995-1997 by RML a.k.a. Rick M. Leckey (also built Carbone bikes). Please note frame has original owner's name under clear coat at right rear of top tube (approximately 1 cm high x 7 cm long, personalized decal can be bought on internet to cover original owner's name for $10 or so). Frame and fork have a few paint chips that have been touched up with dark metallic blue touch-up paint that is included. New set of Reynolds 531 frame and fork decals are included in sale for use now or if you have the bike repainted someday.

I am asking $175 plus shipping, but would consider reasonable offers. I have several pictures available upon request.

Thanks for looking!

Frank
