Yes, I have some NOS sets in their orig. boxes, with those springs. My guess is that, they were late eighties production, since that is the finish that all models of Campy caliper springs came with. Yes, Cobaltos were produced into the early '90s. From the rumors I've heard, it was for pro teams that requested them.
