soul???? oops, sole... my vote for the pinnacle of vintage footwear is the Cinelli mod.300 'Racer Shoes for cyclists' depicted in the firm's late 60s' catalog. what i wouldn't bid for an n.o.s. pair of these! no, i wouldn't wear them; i'd put them in my collection and protect them for future generations. maybe, maybe, these shoes approach 'art'. who needs manolo blahniks?! e-RICHIE
