I thought that might be the frame that generated the question, but since it wasn't brought up, I didn't press. 531C seems right for that frame. It tracks with similar-era Raleighs I've seen. The paint is interesting, and if it's a Panasonic Team frame, that's interesting too. Also of interest though, my '85 USA Team 753R frame has a number tab braze on, which I've also seen on earlier Team 531s, but the frame in question does not. In fact, although it's hard to tell from the photo, the frame doesn't appear to have any braze-ons, save a r-der cable stop. Isn't that a little unusual for an '80s Raleigh frame? For what it's worth, that's the second time (at least) that the frame has been posted. If it were my size, though, I may have pursued it if the price didn't escalate too much.
