[CR]French Tandem on eBay

Classicists, Have any of you spied this "Frenchman" tandem on eBay? Look here: http://ebay.com/<blah Mudguards, racks, and what look to be from afar to be the much sought after (by me) Mafac Raid centerpulls. I had a Gitane Tandem all those many years ago (actually won a race on it in 1972 or 73 in south Jersey, stoking for my captain elder brother). Talk about seller's remorse... This bike has no decals but has to be French for its style and parts (at least on the assumption that others/sane others don't use these parts, :-)

Comments on this rig? Anyone know what sort of rear drum brake this might have? I'm no expert on (anything) tandem...or anything in east of Afghanisthan.
