I did call Mr. Taylor as the result of the ad and had a very enjoyable conversation just three days ago. I suppose it would be an assumption that the phone number was real and the person I actually got was the real Norman Taylor, but dont think the conversation we had would have been easily faked. He described the racks, stems and frames a bit better. I found some of the dimensions a little "different" so would encourage anyone interested to indeed contact them before ordering. (Theyre 8 or 9 hours ahead of Oakland California time - I'm confused about effect of daylight savings time)Apparently the person who authored the ad is a student and friend of Mr. Taylors whos helping with the ad and sales. Now I think this comment may be of most interest. I asked Norman if he was done building, his response - "well I dunno, I suppose Id build another if someone wanted one" or words to that effect. In a subsequent email the author of the ads said "Norman has been very surprised by the interest in his work since the Web ad started on Sunday and hes thinking about starting up again." Ahhh the world wide web effect!
