If you can send me a photo of it i am certain that it can be dated to within a few years. BSA was incorporated in the chainwheel from 1908 onwards so the chainwheel at least dates from pre that year. But there are several different patterns that predate this and I cannot tell without a drawing or photo. Regards Hilary Stone
