This looks like a very nice bike for someone needing a small frame. The Tour de France is 2nd in the Frejus line. They are kind of like a Cinelli B in that there doesn't seem to be a quality difference from the top model, except in this case for the Falck tubing. As far as I know Falck is just a DB cro-moly tube of good quality. In a blindfold test I couldn't tell the difference from a Frejus Pro. Also I would recomend Purolator when shipping from Canada to the US.
