Nice new toy you have there. Maybe it's just me but orange (and I don't just mean Eddy's orange) is just a great color for bikes.

Have milling machine will travel, or atleast have fun with bike parts. I've never seen one with the flutes all the way out the top. Like with stems and cranks that have been milled keep a close eye on it.

I've seen this a few times and have heard a couple of different stories about it, but the one I believe is that people were looking for the "benefits" of the Hi-Lo hub without actually having a Hi-Lo.
