I don't know a lot but here it is: Initials stand for "T.D. Cross," and you'll mostly see it on freewheels on 1970's bike-boom Raleighs. They use a strange three-prong remover that doesn't interchange with anything else. I'm not sure what else they made other than those freewheels and your track
cog.
