I gotta tell ya Mark that I've worked enough places in my lifetime (57) that you wind up working at a place that the reality didn't match up with what you imagined the job would be. Not necessarily the only job you could keep.

I used to see very talented artists stuck at the Los Angeles Times newspaper wasting their creative and productive years solely for the sake of job security and maybe a big break? Very unfortunant and sad...
