Right on the edge of interest to the group but inside the bounds in my opinion.
My recomendation:
Suntour Superbe Pro Group. I really like the first generation Superbe better (probably better than anything except the alloy seatpost bolts) but the bike is too late.
Nitto Pearl G (milled) or Sugino stem, Nitto Engraved bars. Why not the best!
Use a European saddle and rims.
