Subject: [CR]Really Nice Trash Find (Condor?)

Today I encountered a local neighborhood cleanup for the Hyde Park area of KCMO. Came across a pile of bikes on a curb and did a double take when I spotted a nice lugged frame with some Campy items. I rushed home for my truck, and the owner told me to take what I wanted. I believe it is either a Condor, or Concorde, or a Crescent. Description is as follows:

54cm C-T black frame, no decals, spray painted at one point, just on main tubes. All lugs have painted cutouts, including brake bridge reinforcements. Beautiful lugwork, no braze-ons except right chainstay cable stop, 2 cable guides below BB, and one set bottle bosses. Semi-sloping fork crown has a C engraved each side, and cutout BB shell has the C also. Top of the C has more of a hook to it rather than bottom of the C which is normal. Italian threads. Any body have a clue on the brand? I sure wish it were a 62cm! I can take a few digital pics when I find time.

Also found on bike were a front wheel with a Weyless hub, Rigida rim, nice Roto forged crank, Campy SL pedals, Campy top tube cable clamp guides, Christophe clips, Regina Record drilled chain, excellent condition old logo Cinelli bars, old logo Cinelli stem. Rest of the items were mid-grade mid to late 70's items. Thanks for any help identifying this frameset.
