By "pattern" do you mean chainring circle, or are you still talking about the BB? I believe my Zeus BBs have slightly different length axles than NR, but I've successfully used NR or Sugino Mighty (NR clone) BBs with several Zeus cranks. As to chainring circles, the 70's/80's era Zeus cranks (Criterium, 2000, etc.)used a unique 120 BCD circle. I'm not aware of any other chainring that fits. If they'd just made it 2mm bigger, they could have interchanged with Stronglight 93. The 60's era Zeus Competition crank had the very small bolt circle for the outer ring ala TA, Stronglight 49, and many others. The inner ring was 151 BCD like the pre-1967 Campy Record. This means you can use a Record 151 inner ring or the much more available 151 replacements Mike Kone sells for the inner ring, or can use a complete pair of TA or Stronglight 49 (or even Lambert)rings on Zeus Competition arms. You can't replace just the outer ring, as the circle where the inner mounts to the outer ring on Zeus Competition, Stronglight 49, and TA are all different.

Folks:

I have a couple of Campagnolo copy cranksets for which I need to select bottom brackets. Do these generally use the Campagnolo taper angle and taper length?

In addition to Galli and Ofmega cranks that I am working on currently, I'd like to equip my Zeus with a Zeus crankset at some point. It has a Campagnolo 3-arm cotterless steel (Sportsman?) crankset mounted on a Zeus bottom bracket at present. Am I correct in assuming that the Zeus cranksets use the same pattern as the Campagnolo NR/SR models?
