You are right Jeff, and I probably wouldn't be riding at all if it wasn't for this "high bars" revolution. That's why the damn mountain bike became so popular - the road bike industry "raced " itself into a look (not an ergonomic function) that most cannot tolerate for long periods. I appreciate being "Rivendellized" 0 I can ride again! btw, Jeff, I hope that we three can park our's at the Circue in 2002. Mine just went thru an entire day of rain, in a MS ride. Bike is ok, my knee isn't, tho' the ride was smoooth - and no back prob.!
