Not only that... but my Richard Sachs has 531 main tubes and Deda stays (true, Richard?) and no tubing labels. (Gasp!) Many years ago I was speaking with a well known frame builder and made the silly comment that I thought 531 was better than Columbus and the proof was in the labels found on so many of the bikes that won the Tour de France. His comments were 1) that I didn't really know much about bicycle frame tubing, and 2) that all those bikes were built from such a mixture of tubing types that the decals are really meaningless.
