It will also need a 25 x 1 thread headset and 22.0mm stem. It may or may not need a "French" size front derailleur clamp. Mondias have come through with either left or right hand fixed cup threads but all in 35 x 1. Mondia Specials and Supers were similar geometry to Raleigh INternationals but almost always straighter and some of the paint jobs are pretty cool. You might also see the brand names "Egli" and "Juvela" which are Mondia Specials with different paint and decals. If it's older than 1970 the rims might be Duralca tubulars.
