Things I noticed:

Simplex (probably Italian version) front and rear derailleurs and Simplex dropout. Coppi won the 1949 TdF on Bianchi with Simplex derailleurs.

Noli Sheffield (Italian) pedals. Bolt with nut through back plate (as noted) of pedal to route strap around pedal, not through normal strap slots in pedal body (easier for race mechanic to service). Large toeclips.

Campagnolo five speed 3-piece hub (36 hole) and quick-release skewer. Pirelli tire.

WWII Italian "war-surplus" sun/dust goggles from Africa desert campaign (used by soldiers and airmen both).
