Oh, nobody has mentioned Doug FATTIC of Niles, Michigan, a very talented builder who made some very light frames frequently in Ishiwata tubing. His filing and finishing on the dropouts and stay ends was phenomenal. Several people I raced with in Columbus Ohio rode Fattic frames in the mid 70s. They were the high line local frames sold by Pete DiSalvo's "International Pro Bike Shop" in Dayton, Ohio.

Fattic is still building, his work was featured at last years Anaheim show in the Shimano booth I believe, a crazy exotic frame with all the trimmings, very nice.
