I don't think I'd call Doug "little known", he's underated sure but I've seen lots of articles about him over time. One of the reasons I started the thread was to get to know some names. The guy I started with, Sam Braxton, has never to my knowledge had anything writeen about him in the cycling press and only 2 other people on the list have even heard of him. These are the kinds of builders I've been looking.
