Subject: [CR]Euro shoe sizes

Anyone know the equivalent Euro shoe size to a US size 10. There is a pair of Detto Pietro shoes on ebay that list size 10, but no Euro size. I have a pair that are size 44 that are too tight and was looking for a larger pair.
