O fellow classicists,

Every year or so I start thinking about this project again - I'm seeking a 23-in Rudge Sports frameset, though a 22-in might work. If it has BB and cranks, that's fine, too ... I really DON'T want a Raleigh for this (despite the fact that they are sisters under the paint), as the thimble crown does nothing for me aesthetically.

Cheap is VERY good, as this is something of a lark of a project. And I would consider anybody else's English 23-in 3-speed frameset made for 26-in wheels, too ... but Rudge, followed by Dawes, are my first choices. Anybody got something like this moldering in the basement?

Thanks,
Russ Fitzgerald
