Try http://www.dtswiss.com for DT's spoke length calculator. It is very easy to use.

Double check your dimensions, however, because the flange diameter for the Campagnolo high flange they had listed was, in fact, for a low flange!!!!! A mistake from DT!!!!!!!! I should have caught the error because I calculated spoke length for a high flange front at the same time and the difference was 5 millimeters or so.
