The 1985 Peugeot catalog lists a PGN 10 with those components and tubing, however, the Carbolite sticker seems out of place on the fork. Should be a Reynolds 501 fork. The colors listed were metallic black and burgundy. The '86 catalog lists similar components but no black as a color option.
