Found the following:

You are bidding on a 1936 21 1/2" Curly Hetchins Frame No. 63205. This bike was originally sold to Mr Alex Coombe from Acton, London on the 11th May 1937 (built in 1936). It is the 7th oldest on the Hetchins register. The bike is esentially in good condition but the buyer may want to re-finish the paintwork. The lugs have been chromed and there is very slight pitting. It has NOS Baylis Wiley hubs and Dunlop Special lightweight rims. It has a Chater Lea chainset and pedals (slightly later), a pre-war Brooks B17 Champion Narrow, in good condition, a very nice adjustable stem and a Gloria Tour de France front brake. This bike is fixed wheel. Please feel free to ask any questions necessary.
