I second this, and bought it on the recommendation of someone whose judgement in such matters is utterly reliable. Clement does stick--if I ever rode on the track I would use it--but too well. Especially if you are riding fairly inexpensive tires like I am right now, if can leave you with bits of base tape glommed to the rim.
I had never used the Vittoria until a coupla weeks ago, but so far so good.
