Hello,Ron here.As a once team mechanic,I swear by 3M Fastack automotive trim adhesive.A light coat on the base tape,one on the rim,another on the base tape,one more on the rim,and install on rim.Inflate to 40psi,center tire,inflate to full pressure,and wait for 1 hour.Then,go ride.Many people cursed my name,not because the tires rolled off,but when they did get a flat,they had to inlist my help to get the tires off.Truth,I swear.
