Having used many different glues since the early ‘60’s and after a bad experiment with gasket cement that put two holes on the interior part of my elbow, trying to save my hard earned money as a youth, I have settled on Pana-Cement in the 3.3 oz can with the brush. I find the brush ensures a clean neat job. I do agree with the list member who doesn’t fully inflate the tire until it is ready to ride. I have found that the natural twist in the tire will at times cause it to become misaligned if inflated to full pressure before the glue fully sets.
