That is the bottom of the AD line. S, SL, SLE, memory gaps, Inter 10, Vente Noir, memory gaps, Ultima. Mybe about 1978? The bikes at the shop I worked at could have been a couple of years old.

The tubing on these lower line bikes is not gas pipe. I presume it was military grade tubing made at the Steyr works in Graz, Austria. The rental fleet at the shop I worked at in NYC were Puch 3-Speeds and people came from all over because the bikes had a decent ride.
