There's a copy of one of Mike's (out-of-print) books for auction on eBay:

http://ebay.com/<blah>

The seller calls it: 70's Custom Bicycles: RALEIGH-GITANE-PEUGEOT but it may really be "the Custom Bicycle." I was on vacation in a remote part of Maine last month without by bike and found a copy of "The Custom Bicycle" on the bookshelf. I read it cover-to-cover over the course of the week. Almost as good as riding!
