I've seen a product exactly as described, except that the material composition is Carbon Fiber. Check with Wallingford Cycles. The proprietor, Bill Laine is on the list, specializes in Brooks saddles and Carradice bags. These are the 'most minimalist" (EGADS isn't that mutually exclusive) fenders you can imagine -- "so light you feel like you're wearing nothing at all."...
