I have been reading all the relevant web sites, and I still don't know who could have been the manufacturer of the lugs for the Raleighs of the early, mid and late 80's. Plane looking lugs, with short points on bikes that had Campy dropouts. On my particular 531 Raleigh I have a full sloping integrated fork crown. Was this Cinelli? It doesn't match with the other Cinelli fork crowns exactly, on the CR picture site? Garth Libre
