These are shallow drop bars but I believe the reach is
100 to 105mm, which is pretty long for a small cyclist.
In fact, I think that the Bicycle Classics web page warns
about this and mentions that you may have to use a shorter
stem to account for the longer reach of the bars.

The closest you can get to this - at least with a 40cm wide
bar - is a Cinelli model 64 or Nitto 185. The Nitto model
105 has a 65mm width but seems only to be available in 37cm
width. Actually. although the Cinelli 64 is listed as 80mm
reach, the set I measured this morning is actually a bit
less - more like 75mm (on a 40cm wide bar).
If someone has any 40cm Nitto 185s or Cinelli 64s around,
please let me know.
