I took delivery today of a mutt of a mid-to-late '60s Raleigh/Carlton Flyer today and have a question about some of the parts that came on it. I'm pretty sure they are not original to the bike.

These front wing nuts are unmarked except for "REG. No 875090" on the back of the serrated round "wing".
The rear wing nuts (though probably not part of a matched set with the front) are marked "Cyclo" (in quotes), "Benelux" (not in quotes) and "British Made".
The hubs are B-H Racelites. All the parts were NOS when the bike was built up after a recent repaint.
Any idea on what the front wing nuts are? Also, where did the Racelites fall in the B-H lineup?
Can you put a date to any of these components?
