Dear Collective Wisdom,

I stripped my mystery frame today and would appreciate any assistance you can lend as to who the maker might be... Allegro, Mercier, something else?

The fork blades are stamped *Sovexia* or something like that. The bottom bracket has *EDA* stamped in an oval on the drive side. Campy headset is marked *France*. (I wonder what kind of frame pump fits in the odd *pin and U* arrangement under the top tube...)
