Came across a Kestrel SC 200 in excellent condition. It's my neighbors, her husband passed and she doesn't have any idea of what it's worth but wanted me to have it. I don't know what it's worth and I'd to pay her a fair price. Any opinions? I doubt the frame has seen much road time. What is something like this worth?
