Scott, on my TA handlebar bag that is older than the one pictured, you need a wire rack that goes over the stem and butts up against the handlebars. At that point the installation is self explanatory. Since I just got a new digicam today email me off list if you want some pics of the rack and how it installs. Cheers, Keith Kessel
