I have one of these racks mounted on a Jeunet beater bike I use. I attempted to mount this rack on a bike using weinmann cp calipers, without success.
The TA rack works nicely on Mafac Racer/Dural forge calipers which are thinner, in section, than the Weinmann (distance between the front of the calipers at the pivot points and the back of the pivot support).
Don't know if TA made other versions for Weinmann calipers.

I have a question on the TA front bag rack. It's usually specified for Mafac brakes, but does (did) it fit Wienmann centerpulls?
