Well,just judging this by its merits,it is a utility bike changer,all steely and brutal and chunky.Plastic pulleys.Pretty modern looking fasteners and screws.Looks like it actually goes under the axle nut,and could function with a roadster rear opening slot.The operating geometry is right off an early Huret Allvit!
    Always something we didn't know about...
