I have 2 old Paramount track racers for sale:
1) Frame and fork only. Maybe from the 50's, but I don't know. Is in primer, but has good chrome on the fork and part of the rear stays. Has threaded port for grease at the BB, has flaking chrome on the rear dropouts. IT HAS DAMAGE TO THE TOP TUBE AND THE DOWN TUBE FROM A FRONT-END CRASH . The frame looks fine otherwise, but the top tube and downtube will need to be replaced. There is a serial number stamped on the BB shell, but I can't read it. There is no serial number on the right rear dropout. $145 plus shipping (full return privilege if not satisfied)

2) Old racer, perhaps from the late 30's, may have been repainted, frame, fork, BB, HS, crankset, chain, wheels, stem and bar. Has beautiful wooden wheels with super large Schwinn Paramount hubs, Gillette, "Road Racer" tires, possibly NOS, "Schwinn" slider stem with track bars. Chrome on the crank, bars and stem is OK. No major problems with the chrome, but very dull and missing in many places. THE FRAME HAS DAMAGE TO THE TOP TUBE AND THE DOWN TUBE FROM A FRONT-END CRASH . The frame looks fine otherwise, but the top tube and downtube will need to be replaced. It is missing the headbadge. $500 plus shipping. (full return privilege if not satisfied). If this doesn't sell right away, I will probably offer it again for less, but I think the wheels/tires, bar and stem are worth $400- $500. I will include a late 30's Schwinn magazine advertisement showing what appears to be this model bike- remind me if you become the new owner.
