Hello from Okinawa, Japan.

I just picked up a nice set of Universal levers. They look like Dia Comp levers or a beefy Campy lever. They have no adjusters, just like NR levers they're engraved "Universal" on the front with elongated cutouts, and have plastic bodies. What model are they and what was the approximate year they were offered? Thanks!
