Through the sixties the Carpenter marquee was fairly popular in the Washington, D.C. area and many of the top racers could be found on top of one. Does anyone remember seeing them in other parts of the country? Was DC the only pocket of interest for the bike? In the coming months I hope to capture some photos of some remaining bikes that I know of and send them off to Dale for posting on the CR site.
