Yes, it's time to plan ahead! We've done a vintage ride, GW Bridge to Nyack and back, every year for the last few on the first Sunday after the New Year. That would make the next one January 5, 2002. The usual time, 9:30am start, which means we'll leave at 9:45am, ride up the park drive along the Palisades with their lovely views of NYC and their even lovelier hills, then along 9W, probably taking the detour to Tallman State Park, then on through Piermont to Nyack. Home will be more or less straight down 9W.
Please let me know if anyone in the metro NYC area or elsewhere who can attend has a conflict with the date, otherwise, mark it down!
If I find time to finish fixing it, I'll bring that 1960 Meteor (English tourer) I bought last year and have only ridden once so far.
