Rick,

The rack is optional when ordering a trike from Bob Jackson. This is a racing trike, but I figured I might regret not paying the extra 60 pounds for the rack; knowing full well it was unlikely I would be racing it, but expecting fully to bring it out for "special occassions". Glad I got it, holds a 12 pack with ease! Made a great seat for a teddy bear on the Christmas ride a few years ago also. You should know by now that I'll do almost anything for grins; including ride a trike like a madman. Too bad no one got a shot of me comming down the switchback in Presidio Park; I'm sure everyone would have laughed their asses off at the look on my face. Must have been one of "concerned terror"; priceless.
