Dear CR and e-RICHIE, I'll take door number 2 and Martin Coopland is my life line....After conferring with Martin on a Hugh Porter bicycle I was thinking about buying 2 months ago....I learned from Martin that Hugh Porter is currently a commentator with the BBC network...I tried to contact Hugh Porter but was unsuccessful. Hugh Porter was an English national/world TRACK champion back in the 50's and 60's.A friend was selling a Hugh Porter and I was trying to find out who made the bicycle for him.I'm trying to get an English bicycle in my fleet...getting ready for Dale's 2002 Cirque.Still curious about the history of Hugh Porter Bicycles. Yours truly, Martin Walsh in Vienna,Virginia, USA
