Based on reading that I have done, Normal, Standard and Long reach brakes are often the same thing, or meant to be the same thing. What we may not be able to find out is the exact reach in cm. that is needed. Perhaps if we knew the model of Bottechia and the year, and found someone on the list that had one we might get that measurement.

At the risk of being inappropriate by bringing up an autocentric source, Click and Clack have a thing about the nomenclature used for the size of coffee one might buy at Starbucks. Starbucks is not the only national franchise that plays fast and loose with size tags. What does medium mean, when the only sizes offered are supersize, large and medium in decending order?
