I've just picked up a British Eagle touring frame made from 531 Super Tourist tubing. It has lots of braze-ons and cantilever brakes and looks to have 130mm rear spacing although I haven't had the chance to measure it yet.
The question is, does anyone know who would have made this frame and when? Also, is it likely to be any good?
